Protoplanet is partnering with major international and national organizations to return Spaceward Bound to India and continue our preparations for Space Exploration
Spaceward Bound started at NASA Ames Research Center in 2007 with a mission to train and inspire the next generation of space explorers for Moon and Mars exploration in remote parts of Earth. The program went international and is managed and run by a scientific community across the world. The last Spaceward Bound in India was held in 2016, leading to the identification of several locations in Ladakh that help us understand how planetary surface evolve and how microbial life survives and flourishes in extreme conditions. Protoplanet is providing an opportunity to travellers and researchers to engage in the outdoors and contribute to humanity's journey to the stars.
